@terminalcloud Please merge this, bump the minor version and rerelease to crates.io! This is a wonderful clean patch, widely expanding the usefulness of this crate. I just fixed this on my own branch since I am using this on Mac for setting nice levels. |

It's unfortunate that setpriority() / getpriority() signatures differ that much across systems :/
Compiles on linux, mac os x and freebsd now.
